Ba'al Shem Tov, Behar 3/בעל שם טוב על התורה·
אשש שנים תזרע שדך וגו' ובשנה השביעית וגו'. יש זיי"ן דרכים שביארתי בשבעת קני המנורה, על פי מה ששמעתי ממורי שש שנים תזרע שדך וגו', [א] שאינו הולך בדרך טוב ואינו מרגיש בו, זהו בנוקבא דתהומא רבה, [ב] שיודע בעצמו שאינו נוהג בדרך טובה מכל מקום הולך בדרך ההוא ואינו מתפלל על עצמו, [ג] שיודע שאין הולך בדרך טובה מתפלל להשם יתברך שיעזור לו, זה עושה יחוד וכו' יעו"ש:

1Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather in its produce.
