Ba'al Shem Tov, Korach 2/בעל שם טוב על התורה·
אמאמר הבעש"ט, שכל מה שהיה בבלעם היו חושדין למשה רבינו עליו השלום מפני שכל זמן שלא נגמרה עליית השכינה כאשר יהיה בזמן הגואל צדק, במהרה בימינו אמן, שהוא ביטול הקליפה לגמרי, ובלע המות לנצח (ישעיהו כ״ה:ח׳), מוכרחים כל העליות להיות רק במחשבת אדם כשר, והאדם הכשר אי אפשר לו להגיע ולעלות אל שרשו כי אם על ידי שכנגדו, היינו שיעלו במחשבתו, והוא יתעורר מהם לבוראו יתברך וכו':
