אשמעתי בשם מורי פירוש הפסוק (תהלים פ"א) תקעו בחודש שפר וגו' כי חק לישראל הוא משפט לאלהי יעקב, והקשה דהוי לו לומר תקעו שופר בחודש, והעולה מדבריו כי יראה האדם שיהיה בחודש ר"ל לחודש, שלא יהיה כמו חק קבוע וזהו שאמר כי חק לישראל וכו' ודפח"ח:
