אדבר ד'. גזר, וכן "בדבר ד' שמים נעשו" (תהלים לג ו), או הוכיח בחלום:

1AS THE LORD HATH SPOKEN. As the Lord hath decreed. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made (Ps. 33:6)⁴⁹. I.E. renders this verse: By the decree of the Lord were the heavens made. is similar. On the other hand, it may mean: as the Lord hath appointed in a dream.⁵⁰
