Ibn Ezra on Leviticus 13:28/אבן עזרא על ויקרא י״ג:כ״ח

אואם תחתיה תעמוד הבהרת. והיא כהה. כאשר פירשתי ולא הזכיר כן בפסוק ואם תחתיה תעמוד הבהרת הראשון בעבור שעמדה הבהרת כאשר היתה:

1AND IF THE BRIGHT SPOT STAY IN ITS PLACE…BUT BE DIM. The word kehah (dim) is to be understood as I explained it earlier (v. 6).⁵² means be diminished. Scripture does not mention kehah (dim) the first time, But if the bright spot stay in its place (v. 23), because there the bright spot remains as it was.⁵³
