Ibn Ezra on Leviticus 13:41/אבן עזרא על ויקרא י״ג:מ״א

אגבח. אין לו חבר חוץ מהפרשה הזאת והוא שם התאר ולפי דעתי שקרח הוא במעלה של הראש ולא הזכיר האשה בעבור הלחה הרבה שיש בה לא יקרח ראשה כי השער הוא כדמות עשב:

1FOREHEAD-BALD. The word gibbe’ach (forehead-bald) has no neighbor⁶³ is not found elsewhere in Scripture. except in this section. Gibbe’ach is an adjective. In my opinion kere’ach (bald) refers to the top of the head.⁶⁴ Scripture does not mention a woman⁶⁵ because a woman does not become bald as she contains a lot of moisture,⁶⁶ and hair is similar to grass.⁶⁷
