Ibn Ezra on Leviticus 13:58/אבן עזרא על ויקרא י״ג:נ״ח

אוכבס שנית. מצוה לכבסו פעמים:

1THEN IT SHALL BE WASHED THE SECOND TIME. There is divine command to wash it twice.

בוסר מהם הנגע. וכבר סר מהם הנגע וכבר הראיתיך רבים כמוהו:

2IF THE PLAGUE BE DEPARTED FROM THEM. Ve-sar me-hem ha-naga means if the plague be departed from them.⁹¹ I have previously shown you many such instances.⁹² does not mean and, but indicates the pluperfect.

גומלת וכבס פעל שלא נקרא שם פועלו:

3Ve-khubbas (it shall be washed) is a pu’al.⁹³
