Ibn Ezra on Leviticus 26:5/
1THRESHING SHALL REACH UNTO THE VINTAGE. Note, when thou gatherest in thy labors out of the field (Ex. 23:16) is now explained as meaning from the field and the vineyard.22
2YE HAVE ENOUGH. Sova (enough) is an infinitive.23 is a variation of li-sebo’a.
3SAFELY. La-vetach (safely) has the same meaning whether spelled with a lamed or not.24 (and dwell in…safely). I.E. says that the verse would have the same meaning if it read vi-yeshavtem betach. The same is true of the word levadad (alone) (Num. 23:9).25 and levad have the same meaning. Note, Scripture mentions sova (enough) first,26 for that is most important.
4Scripture states, and dwell in your land safely, because people wander from their place in days of famine. Its meaning is similar to it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a wanderer shalt thou be (Gen. 4:12).
