אוהפשט. והלבשתם. יוצאים לשנים פעולים:
1AND STRIP…AND PUT THEM UPON. Ve-hafshet (and strip) and ve-hilbashtam (and put them upon) are hifils.
בוטעם ואהרן יאסף. כי בעת שתפשוט בגדיו מיד ימות:
2[AND AARON SHALL BE GATHERED.] Its meaning is, as soon as you strip Aaron of his garments, he shall die.
גויאסף אהרן אל עמיו. פירשתיו:
3AND AARON WAS GATHERED TO HIS PEOPLE.80 I have explained this.81
