Ibn Ezra on Numbers 20:6/אבן עזרא על במדבר כ׳:ו׳
אויבא משה ואהרן מפני הקהל. כדמות בורחים:
1AND MOSES AND AARON WENT11 FROM THE PRESENCE OF THE ASSEMBLY. Like those who flee.12 (mi-pene) of the assembly. I.E. believes that the latter indicates that they fled.
בויפלו על פניהם. להתפלל וי"א לדרוש את השם בנבואה:
2AND FELL UPON THEIR FACES. To pray. Other interpret, to prophetically inquire of God.
