חI am writing to you in reference to Rabbi Israel Jacobson, a representative of the Agudas Chasidei Chabad of the United States and Canada, who is about to make a trip to your country, on our behalf.

טThe purpose of the voyage is to visit the many members of the Agudas Chasidei Chabad who now live in Poland. Rabbi Jacobson will try to raise their morale in the face of all the hardships and tribulations they are experiencing and to provide for their religious needs.

יRabbi Jacobson will travel by plane to Poland, and will stay there for a period of two weeks.

יאI am sure that consideration will be given this request, and a visa will be issued to the said Rabbi Israel Jacobson as soon as possible.
