אדַּע וְהַאֲמֵן, כִּי הַשַּׁבָּתִים שֶׁשּׁוֹבְתִים אֵצֶל הַתַּלְמִיד־חָכָם הָאֱמֶת, הֵם כְּמוֹ תַּעֲנִית:
1Know and believe! the Shabbats spent in the presence of the true Torah scholar are like fasts.
