Likutei Moharan 24:5/

15. And the main blessing which flows from the hands is intellect. When it [the blessing] descends, it is concretized for each person according to his will, as is written (Psalms 145:16), “Open Your hand and satisfy the will of every living thing.”
2Therefore, one who is spiritually sensitive should direct his will so that he draws the blessing of SeKheL (intellect). This is as in (Genesis 48:14), “He SiKeL (crossed) his hands.” This also corresponds to (Exodus 15:17), “A sanctuary, God, may Your hands establish.”
