Likutei Moharan 75:2/ליקוטי מוהר"ן ע״ה:ב׳
אוְלֹא מָצָא הַקָּדוֹשׁ־בָּרוּךְ־הוּא כְּלִי מַחֲזִיק בְּרָכָה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל אֶלָּא הַשָּׁלוֹם וְכוּ' (עוקצין פ"ג). וּבְמַחֲלֹקֶת יֵשׁ בְּחִינַת הָעוֹשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם, וְהוּא בְּחִינַת הַעֲלָאַת מַיִּין נוּקְבִין. לְמָשָׁל, כְּשֶׁנּוֹפֵל לְאָדָם אֵיזֶה קֻשְׁיָא, הוּא בְּחִינוֹת מַחֲלֹקֶת, וְהַתֵּרוּץ הוּא בְּחִינַת הָעוֹשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם, וְהוּא הַעֲלָאַת מַיִּין נוּקְבִין.
12. The Holy One, blessed be He, found no suitable vessel to contain Israel’s blessing other than peace. Where there is conflict, there is an aspect of the peacemaker, which corresponds to the raising of mayin nukvin. For example, when a person has a difficult question—that itself is the aspect of conflict. The answer is the aspect of the peacemaker, which is raising mayin nukvin .
בוְלִפְעָמִים שָׁלוֹם עוֹשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם בְּמָקוֹם אַחֵר, וְהוּא הַעֲלָאַת מַיִּין נוּקְבִין לְמָקוֹם אַחֵר.
2Occasionally, peace creates peace elsewhere, which is raising mayin nukvin to another place.
