Ramban on Leviticus 26:9/רמב"ן על ויקרא כ״ו:ט׳
אוְטַעַם וְהִפְרֵיתִי שֶׁיַּעֲשׂוּ כֻּלָּם פֵּרוֹת פְּרִי הַבֶּטֶן, לֹא יִהְיֶה בָּהֶם עָקָר וַעֲקָרָה. וְחָזַר וְאָמַר "וְהִרְבֵּיתִי", שֶׁיַּעֲשׂוּ פֵּרוֹת רַבִּים וְלֹא יְשַׁכְּלוּ וִימַלְאוּ יְמֵיהֶם, וּלְכָךְ יִהְיוּ עַם רַב:
1AND I WILL MAKE YOU FRUITFUL. This means that they will all have children, fruit of the womb, and there will be no barren man or woman among them.26 And then He stated again, and I will multiply you, meaning that they will have many children, and will not be bereaved of them, because they will live out their days,4 and therefore they will be a large people.
