Rashi on Exodus 32:25/רש"י על שמות ל״ב:כ״ה

1פרע means UNCOVERED — its (the people’s) shame and disgrace were revealed; the word has the same meaning as in (Numbers 5:18) “[and the priest shall uncover (ופרע) the woman’s head”.

2לשמצה בקמיהם means, that this thing would become an ignominy for them in the mouth of all who will rise against them.
