Sforno on Deuteronomy 12:20/

1(1) AND YOU SAY, "I SHALL EAT SOME MEAT." Without my having the burden of bringing it up to the Temple.
2(2) FOR YOU HAVE THE URGE TO EAT MEAT. Also when you wish to eat that portion that is given to the priests from the sacrifice.
3(3) YOU MAY EAT MEAT WHENEVER YOU WISH. But not the prohibited fat or blood even though they are non-sacrificial animals.
