Sforno on Numbers 24:14/
1לכה איעצך, the advice was to use the women as seducers. This is made crystal clear in Numbers 31,16.
2אשר יעשה העם הזה לעמך באחרית הימים, for indeed the evil this people will cause to your nation will not occur during your lifetime so that you, personally, have nothing to fear. It will only happen at the end of time. He repeats this later on in verse 17, and we find reference to this in Isaiah 11,14.
