Sifrei Devarim 246/

1Pisqa’ 2462221. “A man shall not take his father’s wife” (Dt. 23:1).On this basis they taught:One may marry the near kin ofa woman he has raped or seduced[and is not liable under the rules of incest].But one who rapes or seducesthe near kin of a married womanstands under liability [for execution].A man may marry the near kin ofa woman raped or seduced by his father, but if he married the near kin ofa woman raped or seduced by his son—R. Judah says:He stands under liability,as he would for arape or seduction committed by his father.223For this reason is it stated:“A man shall not take his father’s wife” (Dt. 23:1).224
