Ibn Ezra on Exodus 34:3/אבן עזרא על שמות ל״ד:ג׳

אואיש. בעבור שעלה אהרן ובניו עמו אחר מעמד הר סיני וירד עמהם, גם עלה ועמד שם הפעם הראשונה:

1AND NO MAN SHALL COME UP WITH THEE. Scripture states, And no man shall come up with thee, because Aaron and his sons ascended and descended the mountain with Moses after God revealed himself to Israel.¹³ Aaron also ascended the mountain with Moses before God’s revelation.¹⁴

בבכל ההר. אף על פי שיהיה רחוק ממקום הכבוד:

2THROUGHOUT ALL THE MOUNT. Even somewhere far removed from the place of God’s glory.
