Likutei Moharan 10:1/ליקוטי מוהר"ן י׳:א׳
אוְאֵלֶּה הַמִּשְׁפָּטִים אֲשֶׁר תָּשִׂים לִפְנֵיהֶם וְכוּ'. (שמות כ״א:א׳):
1“V’eileh (And these) are the laws that you must place before them.” (Exodus 21:1.
בא כְּשֶׁיֵּשׁ, חַס וְשָׁלוֹם, דִּינִים עַל יִשְׂרָאֵל, עַל־יְדֵי רִקּוּדִים וְהַמְחָאַת כַּף אֶל כַּף נַעֲשֶׂה הַמְתָּקַת הַדִּינִין:
2When, God forbid, there are Divine judgments/decrees affecting the Jewish people, through dancing and hand-clapping these Divine judgments/decrees can be mitigated.
