Or HaChaim on Exodus 29:9/אור החיים על שמות כ״ט:ט׳
אוּמִלֵּאתָ יַד אַהֲרֹן וְיַד בָּנָיו. פֵּרוּשׁ, שֶׁיִּמְשַׁח אַהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמַר לְמַעְלָה (שמות כח:מא) ״וּמָשַׁחְתָּ אוֹתָם וּמִלֵּאתָ אֶת יָדָם״, וְכָאן לֹא הִזְכִּיר הַמְּשִׁיחָה וּרְמָזָהּ בְּאָמְרוֹ ״וּמִלֵּאתָ אֶת יָדָם״.
1 ומלאת יד אהרון ויד בניו, "and you will consecrate Aaron and his sons." This refers to the anointing of Aaron and his sons, similar to what the Torah wrote in 28,41. The only thing missing in this verse is the reference to the anointing. This is alluded to by the word ומלאת.
