Ramban on Genesis 25:11/רמב"ן על בראשית כ״ה:י״א
אוַיֵּשֶׁב יִצְחָק עִם בְּאֵר לַחַי רֹאִי קָרוֹב אֶל הַמָּקוֹם הַהוּא, אוֹ בַּעֲבוּר שֶׁאֵינֶנּוּ עִיר אָמַר כִּי נָטָה אָהֳלוֹ אֵצֶל הַבְּאֵר:
1AND ISAAC DWELLED BY THE WELL LAHAI-ROI. I.e., near that place, or perhaps because it was not a city,181. It was thus not a city. Scripture says that he pitched his tent near the well.
