Sforno on Genesis 4:4/ספורנו על בראשית ד׳:ד׳
אאֶל הֶבֶל וְאֶל מִנְחָתוֹ. שֶׁהָיָה הֶבֶל הַמַּקְרִיב רָצוּי, וּמִנְחָתוֹ גַּם כֵּן רְצוּיָה, שֶׁהָיְתָה מִן הַמִּין הָרָאוּי לְרָצוֹן.
1To Hevel and to his offering. Hashem was pleased with both Hevel himself as well as with his offering.
