אמימים ימימה. כמו, ימים תהיה גאולתו (ויקרא כה כט) והטעם משנה לשנה ותחלת השנה על פי קריאת ב"ד:

1FROM YEAR TO YEAR. Mi-yamim yamimah (from year to year) is similar to yamim tiheyeh ge’ullato (for a full year shall he have the right of redemption (Lev. 25:29). The meaning of mi-yamim yamimah is, from year to year. The year begins when the Bet Din announces its commencement.³⁷
