1WHAT MEANEST THOU. The word mi (what)9 (what) usually means who. always refers to a person. The meaning of our clause10 literally means: who to thee all this camp? This lends itself to the two interpretations offered by I.E. is: to whom did you send this gift, or whom were you thinking of when you sent this gift.
