אאת מקדש הקדש. היא מבית לפרכת:
1THE MOST HOLY PLACE. Which is located on the inner side of the veil.
בועל הכהנים ועל כל עם הקהל יכפר. עמם הלוים כי הם לא יקראו הכהנים רק כל כהן הוא לוי ואין כל לוי כהן:
2AND SHALL MAKE ATONEMENT FOR THE PRIESTS AND FOR ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE ASSEMBLY. The Levites are included among the latter, for the Levites are not called kohanim. On the contrary, every kohen is a Levite126 but every Levite is not a kohen.127.
