Ibn Ezra on Numbers 36:8/אבן עזרא על במדבר ל״ו:ח׳
אוכל בת יורשת נחלה. אחר ניחול הארץ על כן אמר הכתוב ולא תסוב נחלה פעם שנית:
1AND EVERY DAUGHTER, THAT POSSESSETH AN INHERITANCE. After the inheritance of the land. Scripture therefore states a second time, So shall no inheritance remove [from one tribe to another tribe] (v. 9).9
