אוְגַם בְּעָלָיו יוּמָת. בְּדִינֵי שָׁמַיִם חַיָּב, כְּשֶׁאֵין שָׁם עֵדִים שֶׁיְּחַיְּבוּהוּ בְּכֹפֶר.
1וגם בעליו יומת. A reference to judgment by heaven which will be exacted from the guilty party if we cannot convict him due to lack of witnesses.
