אוַיָּשֶׂם שַׂק בְּמָתְנָיו. אֵזוֹר שֶׁל מִין אֲרִיגָה נִקְרָא שַׂק, שֶׁמִּמֶּנּוּ הָיוּ עוֹשִׂים הַשַּׂקִּים לְעָבְיוֹ.
1וישם שק במתניו, a section of fabric which sacks are made of. He draped his loins in enough of this material to demonstrate his being in mourning.
