Sforno on Leviticus 24:10/ספורנו על ויקרא כ״ד:י׳
אוְהוּא בֶּן אִישׁ מִצְרִי. וּבְכֵן הֵעֵז פָּנָיו לְבָרֵךְ אֶת הַשֵּׁם, דְּיִשְׂרָאֵל לָא פְקִירֵי כּוּלֵּי הָאִי.
1והוא בן איש מצרי, this is why he had the effrontery to curse the tetragram; none of the Israelites would have been so deficient in reverence.
