Ibn Ezra on Exodus 15:11/אבן עזרא על שמות ט״ו:י״א
אבאלים ה'. הם מלאכי מעלה הקדושים, ובני אלים הם הכוכבים ועוד אפרש זה בפ' כי תשא:
1WHO IS LIKE UNTO THEE, O LORD, AMONG THE MIGHTY. Elim (the mighty) refers to the holy angels in the celestial heights. The sons of the mighty (bene elim)90 refers to the stars. I will explain this further in the Torah portion Ki Tissa.
בנאדר בקדש. הוא כסא הכבוד:
2GLORIOUS IN HOLINESS. The reference is to the Throne of Glory.
גוטעם נורא תהלות. כי כל המהללים יראים הם להלל שמו, כי מי ישמיע כל תהלתו והם חייבים להלל שמו, כי הוא לבדו עושה פלא.
3[FEARFUL IN PRAISES, DOING WONDERS.] For all who want to acclaim God are afraid to praise His name because who can recite all of His praises. However, they are obligated to praise Him because He alone does wonders.
