Ibn Ezra on Genesis 28:21/אבן עזרא על בראשית כ״ח:כ״א

אוטעם והיה ד' לי לאלהים. זה השם הנכבד כי כן כתוב "והנה ד' נצב עליו" (בראשית כח יג) ובפ' אלה שמות תמצאנו:

1[THEN SHALL THE LORD BE MY GOD.] The Lord that shall be my God is the One known by the Tetragrammaton. Scripture clearly states, And, behold the Lord (spelled with the tetragramaton) stood beside him (v. 13). You will find an explanation of this name of God in my comments on the first Torah portion of Exodus.³⁷
