Ibn Ezra on Genesis 6:11/

1AND THE EARTH WAS CORRUPT. The people of the earth were corrupt. Similarly, when a land sinneth against Me (Ezek. 14:13), and And all countries came into Egypt (Gen. 41:57).
2[BEFORE GOD.] Some say this means they sinned in public. Others say it means people were privately corrupt with regard to secret affairs so that only God was aware of their sins. In my opinion, the Torah speaks the language of men so that people will understand what is being said. The meaning of before God is that they acted like a servant, who in the presence of his master, disobeys him and thereby shows that he does not fear him. Those who say that Elohim (God) does not refer to the Almighty are speaking nonsense.32

3VIOLENCE. Theft, oppression and taking women against their will.
