Ibn Ezra on Numbers 10:4/אבן עזרא על במדבר י׳:ד׳

אואם באחת יתקעו. פירוש בחצוצרה אחת יבואו הנשיאים לבדם ואם היתה תרועה יסע דגל מחנה יהודה אף על פי שהענן על המשכן ולפי דעת רבים שענן אחר הוא הנוסע לפניהם:

1AND IF THEY BLOW BUT WITH ONE. This means if they blow with one trumpet, then the princes alone shall come.
