Ramban on Numbers 15:26/רמב"ן על במדבר ט״ו:כ״ו
אוְהִזְכִּיר וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר, כִּי הַגֵּרִים בַּחֵטְא הַזֶּה מֻכְשָׁלִים תָּמִיד וּמַכְשִׁילִים אֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל:
1AND THE STRANGER THAT SOJOURNETH AMONG THEM. He mentioned “the stranger” because they are always more liable to stumble in this sin [of idolatry] and thereby to cause Israel to stumble [with them].
