Ramban on Genesis 32:22/רמב"ן על בראשית ל״ב:כ״ב
אוְהוּא לָן בַּלַּיְלָה הַהוּא בַּמַּחֲנֶה יֹאמַר שֶׁלֹּא בָּא בְּאָהֳלוֹ בַּלַּיְלָה הַהוּא אֲבָל לָן בַּמַּחֲנֶה עִם עֲבָדָיו וְעִם הָרוֹעִים בַּצֹּאן עָרוּךְ כְּאִישׁ מִלְחָמָה, פֶּן יָבֹא אָחִיו בַּלַּיְלָה וְיַכֶּה בּוֹ:
1AND HE HIMSELF LODGED THAT NIGHT IN THE CAMP. Scripture states that he did not enter his tent that night but lodged in the camp together with his servants and the shepherds of the flocks, set in array, as a man for war,51 lest his brother come at night and attack him.
